Four Pillars: Principles To Practice Series

The Four Pillars: Principles To Practice series will increase community sustainable development through a series of lectures drawn from the GSP Convene. Obtain a Professional level member by participating in our e-Learning program.

Pillar Three:  Urban Gurl/Suburban Swurl

Exposure. Access. Participation. Urban Gurl/Suburban Swurl is our global Initiative that increases self-confidence and leadership skills in girls through sports.

Pillar One:  Professional Women's Int'l

JazzyJZ Mentoring Program is designed to provide support for young businesswomen through the wisdom of seasoned professionals.

Pillar Four:  Global Sustainability

Global Sustainability Partnerships Monthly Convene purpose is to maintain global alliances, discuss community projects and enhance global sustainability. The GSP Convene are monthly collaborative discussions that are considered under the framework of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

Pillar Three:  Education/Lavender Luncheon

The Honoree Lavender Luncheon is our academic fundraiser that honor person's of educational excellence. The 2026 HLL will take place in Barbados during the "Women Professional International Summit."

Pillar Two:  Women's Health

During the 2021 Walking In Silence for the Silenced: DV Solidarity Walk, A-1 Salon (JC, NJ) supported the Walk by painting their clients and guest's thumb with the color purple. It has become an annual event that local salons show their solidarity each first Saturday in November.

Pillar Two:  Women's Health/Nzinga Project

The Queen Nzinga Project is a local chapter beauty fest. A spa day for domestic violence survivors, this event is supported by local beauty salons through community donations.

Pillar Two:  Women's Health/LenaBakerDVWomensHealthcover2022

The Lena Baker Domestic Violence & Women's Health Summit is an annual hybrid event held the last week in October. The 2023 Summit hybrid Summit will be held in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA (10.26-28.23) entitled "Warrior Women Week-end."

Pillar One:  Community Development/B4B:  Business 4 Business Networking and Job Fair

The B4B: Business 4 Business Networking & Job Fair are local chapter events that enhances small business growth and community sustainability.

Pillar One:  Community Development/Nuce Nuce Cafe', AM Power Networking

AM Power Networking is a monthly local chapter gathering that maintains community socioeconomic sustainability by supporting local small businesses.
