Loretta Green-Williams

Founder | Chief Executive Director, WOCPSCN

Loretta founded WOCPSCN in 2009, originally as a grassroots LinkedIn network, and has since nurtured it into an international organization with chapters extending across multiple continents. Under her leadership, WOCPSCN emphasizes strategic consciousness, cultural awareness, intergenerational mentorship, and alignment with global sustainability movements, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

After enduring personal tragedy, she transformed her grief into a call to action—deepening her resolve to advocate for women, families, and marginalized communities. This resilience fuels her empathic leadership style and her commitment to creating spaces where personal healing, community advancement, and professional development intersect.

Green-Williams is widely recognized for her ability to design culturally informed programming, forge strategic international partnerships, and create educational experiences that empower emerging leaders. Her work bridges local needs with global perspectives, making her a thought leader in sustainable community networking, diaspora engagement, and women’s professional empowerment.

Green-Williams’ academic foundation is rooted in social and cultural transformation. She holds a Master’s degree in Consciousness and Transformation from CIIS, a Master’s degree in Sport Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with certification in Ethnic Studies from USF.  Her advanced doctoral work in Cultural Anthropology (ABD) further underscores her commitment to understanding the sociocultural forces shaping communities and human experiences.

She founded Green-Williams & Associates, applying business strategy and community-centered solutions long before social entrepreneurship became a mainstream dialogue. As a certified fitness professional, she champions holistic well-being as an essential component of leadership and empowerment. Her work as a human rights advocate and ordained-licensed minister reflects her dedication to service, moral clarity, and social justice.
