Supporting Children In Jamaica In The Wake Of Hurricane Melissa

The most powerful hurricane to hit Jamaica since 1988, Hurricane Melissa, a catastrophic Category 5 storm with sustained winds of 185 mph, made landfall in southwestern Jamaica on Oct. 28, 2025, destroying homes, severely damaging critical infrastructure and knocking out power for most of the island.
