About WOCPSCN TnT
In 2024, SherryAnn Gill collaborated with WOCPSCN to establish "Walking In Silence for the Silenced: DV Solidarity Walk." Following the success of this program, SherryAnn founded the Clyde and Latoya Lifechanging Foundation, which now serves as a key partner for WOCPSCN during our community outreach efforts.
Furthermore, the WOCPSCN Trinidad and Tobago Chapter will present Ambassador Neil Parsan during his presentation of the Global Sustainability Partnership Legacy Award to Prime Minister Mia Mottley.

Purpose of the Fundraising Initiative
The purpose of this fundraising effort is to secure financial resources for the Trinidad and Tobago Chapter host attendees. Ten members of the Trinidad and Tobago Chapter, which includes youth, are the Professional Women’s International Barbados Summit Hosts. Our fundraising efforts will cover their costs from September 22-26, 2026.

Please be advised that all travelers to Barbados must complete the mandatory online Immigration and Customs form
(ED Card) within 72 hours of arrival.
Overview
The Barbados ED Card is a compulsory pre-arrival declaration for all foreign travelers entering by air or sea.
While U.S. citizens do not require a visa for stays up to six months, the ED Card is required for everyone, regardless
of age or nationality.
When and How to Complete
- Timing: The form is available 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. It is recommended to complete it after checking
in for your flight to ensure accuracy.
- Portal: Complete the form at the official government website: travelform.gov.bb (https://travelform.gov.bb).
- Cost: The ED Card is free. Avoid any websites requesting payment, as they are scams.
Required Information. Please have the following details ready:
- Passport Details: Full names, nationality, and passport number exactly as they appear on your passport.
- Flight Information: Airline and flight number.
- Accommodation: Full name and address of your hotel or resort.
- Declarations: Health and customs information.
- Family/Minors: Passport details for children and any necessary consent letters.
- Email: A valid address to receive your receipts.
After Submission
Once submitted, you will receive two receipts. Please save these to your mobile device or print them.
You must present your passport and these receipts to Immigration and Customs upon arrival to ensure an
efficient entry process.
